Our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dorado del Mar Beach Resort was frustrating and disappointing. We encountered several issues, including no room upgrades despite our Gold status, unexpected fees for amenities that should have been complimentary, and a lack of basic services like room cleaning. However, the location by the beach was nice, and the pool area seemed inviting. Unfortunately, we left feeling unsatisfied overall.

Our family enjoyed a warm getaway in a beautiful area with welcoming staff and delicious food options. Although the hotel showed some signs of wear, the complimentary breakfast and evening drinks made our stay worthwhile. The location near the beach offered a nice change of scenery, but the rooms could use an update and Wi-Fi was slow. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for a mini vacation with some slight drawbacks.
